FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Greater Orlando Actors Theatre Theatre Box office: 407-872-8451 669 Cherry Street, Winter Park, FL. 32789 goatgroup@yahoo.com www.goatgroup.com Greater Orlando Actors Theatre Announces Auditions For "Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical" Winter Park, Florida, August 31, 2009 - Greater Orlando Actors Theatre has announced auditions for "Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical" to take place on Saturday, September 5th, from 11am to 5pm at GOAT's new home located at 669 Cherry Street, Winter Park. The show will be directed by Paul Castaneda with musical direction by Don Hopkinson. The show will run October 30-November 28, 2009 on Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm and Sundays at 7pm with one Monday Industry Night performance. Actors and singers should come prepared with a one minute monologue and be prepared to sing two contrasting songs, 16 bars each. Please bring sheet music in your key or CD accompaniment if necessary. Be prepared for some light movement; heavy dance experience not necessary. Callbacks will be on Sunday, September 6th. Time TBA. All roles are available and are non-paid. "Jekyll and Hyde: The Musical" was conceived for the Stage by Steve Cuden and Frank Wildhorn, with book and lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, music by Frank Wildhorn, and is based on the classic novel "The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" by Robert Louis Stevenson. - END - |
